About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced and talented Lead Marketing Consultant to be part of the Growth & Customer Engagement team in its Merchant Services business. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role, you will:
  • Report to the Merchant Services Product Communications Leader and lead the development of print and digital sales collateral used to help Branch Banking bankers learn about Merchant Services. The materials may provide bankers with guidance on how to speak to branch customers about the payment processing products and services offered by Merchant Services.
  • Partner with Merchant Services Small Business Sales and Field Effectiveness teams to understand the needs of bankers.
  • Lead the end-to-end process for creating compelling customer-facing product marketing materials, from conducting discovery sessions, to authoring content, overseeing design and approvals, and to deploying into production.
  • Fully engage in the Growth and Branch Administration group governance process in order to improve marketing shelf space for Merchant Services.
  • Ensure materials conform to the branch banker training approach and language used by the small business strategy team, including the Behavior Framework used across Branch Banking.
  • Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing
  • Collaborate and consult with cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Expertise in creating customer-facing marketing materials
  • Outstanding written communication skills
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Comfort and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment
  • Ability to lead initiatives from concept development through implementation, including hands-on management to deliver under deadlines
  • Ability to build productive business relationships and influence peers, partners, and senior leaders
  • Experience and/or interest in working in Kanban teams
  • Experience in the payments industry and in marketing to business segments
  • Knowledge of Branch and Small Business Banking, and its Behavior Framework

  • The role is a hybrid office/remote role, with the ability to work up to two days per week remotely.

Pay Range
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00 Annual
